 We have been crafting custom Jewellery for over the past decade. Our expert Jewellers and Goldsmiths have created thousands of timeless, one of a kind pieces for clients all around the Ottawa area. From truly custom pieces like family crested necklaces, to rings featuring your favourite sports teams or bands,  we can create it all. The only limit here is your imagination. 

The Design Process

1. Initial Consultation: Tell us Your Vision

The design process begins with a visit to our local shop in Ottawa. Meet with one of our master Jewellers and describe your vision. Whether it be a ring, a crest, or a wedding band, our experts at Noura's can help bring your visions to life. 

2. Initial Mockups 

Once we get an idea of what you want created, as part of the process our Jewellers will sketch preliminary mockups of the piece to be created. Make as many design changes at no additional cost. 

3. 3D Design 

After creating the initial mockups, we will carve a 3D model so you can see it in actual size.  This allows you to have an idea of what the piece will look like once it's finished. Like with the initial mockup stage, we can still make as many edits as needed until we match your vision. 

4. Creation

The final step in our process is to bring your vision to life. From proof of concept to full fruition, this is where we shine. All Jewellery is made on site and in house, and every precaution is made so that your custom piece comes out perfect. 

Lifetime Warranty 

We offer a lifetime warranty on our craftsmanship with every custom jewelry design. What’s more, we don’t charge you for it! This includes work with Jewellery Redesigns as well. Old pieces occasionally need new life breathed into them, and with these we can help with custom edits.  As part of the lifetime warranty, all custom work comes with free Insurance Appraisals, Cleaning & Polishings and Annual Check Ups.
